What does 25g of protein look like?

We know that female combat athletes generally do not take in enough protein day to day to give their body what it needs to train hard, recover from training and maintain muscle mass, especially when in a calorie-restricted diet phase to make weight.


The literature recommends protein in take is spread throughout the day for female athletes in portions of 25 to 30g per meal. So what exactly does 25/30g of protein look like?
